2. Eligibility; Minors; Parent/Guardian Enrollment

2.1 Enrollment. Enrollment is completed by an adult participant or by a parent or legal guardian ("Parent/Guardian") on behalf of a minor. 2.2 Contracting party. When enrolling a minor, the Parent/Guardian is the contracting party and is responsible for the minor's participation and compliance with these Terms. 2.3 Authority. By enrolling, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and, where applicable, to permit a minor's participation. 2.4 Children under 13 (United States). If we have actual knowledge that a participant under 13 years of age located in the United States will participate, we may require additional verifiable parental consent steps before allowing participation, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Educational Nature; No Guarantee

The services are provided for educational purposes only. Participation does not guarantee specific outcomes, academic results, certifications, admissions, employment, or professional advancement. Learning outcomes depend on the participant's effort, engagement, and background.

4. Course Delivery; Platforms; Technical Requirements

4.1 Live sessions. Courses are delivered through live online sessions (for example, via Zoom). Schedules and access details are provided after enrollment. 4.2 Technical requirements. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and access to the required platform. Binametis is not responsible for issues caused by the participant's equipment, connectivity, or local environment.

5. Recordings

5.1 Recording notice and consent. Sessions may be recorded, including video, audio, chat, and/or screen content, for educational and operational purposes (for example, review by enrolled participants, quality assurance, and instructor training). By enrolling, you (and, if the participant is a minor, the Parent/Guardian on the minor's behalf) consent to such recording. 5.2 Limited access; no sharing. Recordings (if provided) are made available only to enrolled participants (and their Parent/Guardian) of the same course, for private educational use. You may not download, share, publish, post, stream, sell, or otherwise distribute recordings, screenshots, transcripts, or any portion of the course without prior written permission. 5.3 No participant recording. Participants and Parent/Guardians are strictly prohibited from recording sessions, taking screenshots for distribution, or capturing, sharing, or redistributing any part of the class, including the image, voice, name, or contributions of the instructor or any participant. This restriction does not apply to recordings made by Binametis or its authorized instructors for the purposes described in these Terms. 5.4 Privacy controls. We may require reasonable privacy measures, such as the use of first names only, moderated chat, or other classroom rules, as necessary to protect minors and maintain a safe and effective learning environment.

6. Payments; Access to Materials; Refunds

6.1 One-time payment. Each course is purchased as a one-time fee. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment card details. 6.2 Access to materials. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, access to supporting learning materials is provided during the course term only. 6.3 Mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation or refund rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@binametis.com and include the purchaser's name and course details. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, refunds and cancellations will be handled according to applicable law. After the mandatory legal period (or where mandatory rights do not apply), refunds, if any, are handled at Binametis's discretion. 6.5 No refunds for no-shows. We do not provide refunds for sessions missed for reasons not caused by Binametis. 6.6 Missed sessions due to Binametis. If a session is missed due to Binametis (for example, instructor cancellation or a technical failure on our side), we will make reasonable efforts to provide a make-up session. Reasonable efforts may include scheduling a replacement session at a time determined by Binametis based on instructor availability. If a make-up session cannot reasonably be provided, we may refund the pro-rata value of the missed session, to the extent permitted by law. 6.7 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may temporarily suspend access to the course while the dispute is being reviewed, as permitted by law.

7. Code of Conduct; Safety

7.1 Participants must behave respectfully. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual content, threats, and disruption of the learning environment are prohibited. 7.2 Sharing personal contact details (such as phone numbers, addresses, or social media accounts) in class chat is prohibited, particularly for minors. 7.3 We may moderate sessions (for example, muting participants, moderating or disabling chat, or removing a participant from a session) to maintain a safe and effective learning environment. 7.4 Termination for cause. We may suspend or terminate participation for serious or repeated violations of these Terms. Refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with Section 6 and applicable law.
